Προβλημα με fortnite

Καλησπερα,
Καλη χρονια με υγεια σε ολη την ομαδα.
Στο pc του ανιψιου μου το fortnite κρασαρει συνεχως στο loading. Το μηνυμα που βγαζει ειναι το εξης: The application has crashed and will now close. We apologize for the inconvenience. Εχω δοκιμασει σχεδον τα παντα, ψαχνοντας στο ιντερνετ οπως ενημερωση drivers αλλα δεν καταφερα κατι. Επισης ακολουθησα της οδηγιες της epic απο το αρθρο της How to fix Fortnite crash and technical issues το οποιο εχει καμια δεκαρια βηματα αλλα παλι τιποτα. Καμια φορα το παιχνιδι μετα απο καποια αλλαγη συμφωνα με τις οδηγιες επαιζε για μονο μια φορα, και τις επομενες μερες παλι κρασαρε. Εστειλα email στο support της epic αναφεροντας το προβλημα μου και αφου αλλαξαμε αρκετα email, στελνοντας τους screenshots, logs, MSInfo, debug logs και αλλα αρχεια που ζητησαν, δυστυχως σημερα μου ειπαν το εξης:

Let me investigate this further.I have taken the time to fully investigate your issue and I have found the following.The MSInfo file shows that a large number of applications are crashing on your PC and this is most likely the reason why you are seeing the issue with Fortnite as well. These applications include, but are not limited to "RGBFusion.exe", "GameBar.exe", "StarMenuExperienceHost.exe", "RadeonSoftware.exe", "RadeonInstaller.exe".
On top of this the screenshots you have sent that there seems to also be an issue with Windows Installer making it impossible for you to install new Graphics Drivers and Support software.
As much as I would love to help you resolve this issue directly the issue you are seeing is at the Windows System level and this is something Epic Games Player Support is not able to analyze in detail. For this reason, at this time I must ask you to reach out to Microsoft Technical Support for further assistance as they will be able to investigate the problem you are seeing further. I would recommend you also contact AMD Technical Support as they will be able to investigate your GPU fully and tell you if there are any issues with the actual Graphics Card.
 
Μου λενε λοιπον οτι δεν μπορουν να κανουν κατι και καλυτερα να απευθυνθω κυριως στην microsoft, αλλα και στην AMD.
Βρηκα το support της AMD και εστειλα και σ'αυτους email περιμενοντας να βρεθει λυση.
Μηπως γνωριζετε εσεις πως μπορω να στειλω email στο support της microsoft διοτι δεν μπορω να βρω πως; Εχω βρει ενα chat μονο με το οποιο δεν βλεπω να γινεται δουλεια.
Μηπως γνωριζετε εσεις πως μπορω να λυσω το προβλημα του κρασαρισματος;
 
Το pc εχει τον ryzen 3 3100 , την rx580 και 16GB ram
