Σκληρος δισκος

Γεια σας. Πριν λιγες μερες καθως σερφαρα στο διαδικτυο, ξαφνικα παγωσε η οθονη(οχι bluescreen) και εκανα restart. Καθως περνουσαν οι ωρες ξαναπαγωσε η οθονη(οχι bluescreen). Μεχρι σημερα το προβλημα δεν εχει σταματησει(το freeze ερχεται μετα απο ωρες ή μεσα σε μια ωρα μπορει να κανει ακομη και 3 freezes). Ανοιγω το advace system care, εκανα μια αναλυση στο δισκο, επειτα εκανα fix. Στη συνεχεια ξαναεκανα αναλυση και το εργαλειο βρηκε το παρακατω error:

Εκανα research στο google στο σημειο που αναγραφεται μεσα στο μηνυμα "The Volume Bitmap is incorrect" και διαπιστωσα οχι και ευοιωνα σημαδια. Να κανω back up και να το στειλω στο e shop για επισκευη (ειμαι εντος εγγυηση); εχετε καμια αλλη ιδεα το τι φταιει;
Πληροφοριακα εχω ενα εργαλειο το whocrashed και δεν βρηκε καμια αναφορα σφαλματος.
