korina varvatou ρώτησε πριν 8 έτηKαλησπέρα. Έχω εδω και 2.5 περίπου χρόνια (αγορά τον Μάρτιο του 2014) ένα Toshiba Satellite L50-A-19N ( i7-4700MQ/8GB/750GB). Το πήρα με windows 8 τα οποία γρήγορα αναβαθμίστηκαν σε 8.1 και εν τελει σε 10. Ήδη από τα W8 και W8.1 ( και στους 8 περίπου μήνες χρήσεις) έβγαζε Blue screens με διαφορετικά κάθε φορά errors. Καθώς βρισκόμουν στο εξωτερικό και δεν μπορούσα να στείλω το laptop στη toshiba το αμέλησα. Μετά την εγκατάσταση των w10 τα blue screens έγιναν πιο συχνά. Μετά από αίμα, δάκρυα και ιδρώτα κατάφερα να επικοινωνήσω με την Toshiba και έστειλα το Pc στην Αθήνα όπου και μου άλλαξαν μητρική. Ωστόσο μετά από λίγο καιρό τα Bluescreens έκαναν και πάλι την εμφάνισή τους. Να σημειώσω ότι χρησιμοποιώ Adobe Photoshop, Autocad και προγράμματα 3d (sketchUp 3DStudioMax, Rhino). Τα Blue Screens εμφανίζονταν τόσο κατά τη χρήση των παραπάνω προγραμμάτων όσο και κατά τ χρήση απλούστερων διαδικασιών ( youtube, google κτλ). Τι μπορεί να φταίει και τι θα μπορούσα να κάνω? Θα χρειαστεί να το ξαναστείλω στην Toshiba?

Πολλά μπορεί να φταίνε, και το ότι το έδωσες στην αντιπροσωπεία και στο επέστρεψαν με αλλαγμένη μητρική και με το πρόβλημα να παραμένει, δεν βοηθάει και πολύ.

Conclusion
4 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Connsider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.
Καλησπέρα, ίσως να φταίει η μνήμη ram του υπολογιστή σου. Δοκίμασε να αφαιρέσεις τη μία από τις δύο (αν έχεις δύο) εναλλάξ και δες εάν οι μπλε οθόνες εξακολουθήσουν να εμφανίζονται.
