I would like to ask about the monetization of youtube. I am from Cyprus and i have the following message ''

The YouTube Partner Program is currently not available in your country. Learn more''

Is there any way to enable it ?

Unfortunately, we don't know of any way to enable it if your country is not eligible for monetization.
